Came to Redwood for their SMSF loans, we went to the banks and got nothing – just delays and false promises which left us with 7 days to complete a settlement for our dream SMSF Property. Came and spoke to Ivan and he immediately calmed us down and provided a structured approach to settle our property within 7 days. Initially, we thought no way! however, by day 2 we had a formal approval with La Trobe and we had mortgage docs in the mail. It was amazing! By day 7 – we settled and had a beer to celebrate. Now our property is rented, and we can concentrate on building our smsf for our next property. The guys at Redwood have heaps of strategies to keep us focused on building for the next purchase.
