When you have a question, don’t stress, just call us and we will guide you through to a solution. There is no charge for queries – we donot time phonecalls – remember we operate with a client first attitude.
Redwood is based in Melbourne, we operate out of the leafy eastern suburbs of Melbourne, so you can pop in and say hello to our friendly team.
Although we are based in Melbourne, we serve clients across Australia, with clients from Broome to Far North Queensland.
Note, the laws have changed in relation to the way our business operates. Per our disclosures, we are now required by Law to provide “financial advice” on the establishment of a SMSF. That means, that generally we will undertake a process upon application to issue advice to you in the form of a Statement of Advice. Additional fees will apply for the Statement of Advice which will be advised at the application stage. Unfortunately Redwood cannot establish an SMSF without providing advice to you.
If you have received financial advice on the establishment of the SMSF, we may be able to assist on a “execution only” basis. Once more, best to discuss these details at the Application Stage.
